Floor Plans

Application fees are $40 per person
Security deposit $800
Two pets welcome with a $500 security deposit - $50 monthly pet rent per pet
Dogs: $49 non-refundable DNA testing fee is due upon move-in
Renter's Insurance is required with at least $100,000 in personal liability
Resident pays for electricity directly to the provider. Water, sewer, and trash are billed at a flat rate by the property
Storage unit included and additional storage units available for only $70-$80 per month
